Job Summary
Fluent in Portuguese and English, the full-time remote Conversational AI Specialist will train and enhance the AI agent's responses, maintain the Knowledge Base, and monitor conversation quality to ensure accurate and up-to-date interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and continuously improve the AI agent's responses through structured content and configuration
- Maintain and update Knowledge Base content to keep the AI agent's answers accurate and current
- Monitor live chat conversations to identify and rectify inaccurate or unclear AI responses
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese (native or near-native) and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with AI chatbot or virtual assistant platforms, such as Google Dialogflow
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset for resolving inconsistencies in AI responses
- Comfortable working with basic structured data formats, with full training provided
- Experience using project management or ticketing tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
