Job Summary
To support the development of internal AI products and services, the full-time temporary Conversational AI / NLP Specialist will leverage expertise in conversational AI and NLP to collaborate with engineering teams, design robust systems, and transform natural language data for scalable solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Research and implement industry best practices to enhance conversational AI capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation for implementation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with conversational AI and NLP solutions
- Proven ability to work with AI architecture and evaluation
- Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning methods
- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and engineering partners
- Familiarity with Salesforce and workforce optimization projects is preferred
