Conversational AI UX Writer
Job Summary
To support the development of conversational AI, the part-time contract Conversational AI UX Writer will define the voice and language of Maven's AI agents, review AI interactions for tone and clarity, and craft UX copy for core member experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI agent conversations and provide feedback on tone, emotional register, and word choice
- Write and refine UX copy for in-product experiences, including care plans and AI onboarding screens
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and product teams to ensure clarity and empathy in language used across the platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing or product copywriting, with direct experience in conversational AI or LLM-powered products
- Experience in healthcare AI or digital health, including collaboration with clinical stakeholders
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for sensitive or clinical topics
- Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive voice and tone framework
- Experience with naming products and features, employing a structured approach to recommendations
