Conversational Designer

Job Summary

To support the expansion of the Prompt Engineering team, the full-time Conversational Designer will analyze business processes, design scripts and prompts for AI agents, and develop methodologies to assess AI performance, all while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client-side business processes, including internal instructions and conversation recordings
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes
• Create training and test data sets and develop methodologies for evaluating AI agent performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents
• Experience with prompt testing, QA, and AI Observability tools
• Background in UX Design or UX Research is a strong plus
• Ability to translate complex workflows into structured dialogue scenarios
