Coordinated Entry System Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a Coordinated Entry System for a large Continuum of Care, the full-time Coordinated Entry System Coordinator will manage program operations, match housing referrals to vacancies, and collaborate with community partners to facilitate effective housing placements, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CoC CES policies, procedures, and workflows to improve housing referral processes
• Gather and analyze data to identify barriers and enhance CES operations for households experiencing homelessness
• Develop training materials and provide technical assistance to CES access sites and participating providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of two years of experience with Continuum of Care and HUD Coordinated Entry programs
• Understanding of HUD Coordinated Entry Requirements and related resources
• Experience in developing and delivering training and technical assistance
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in the community
