Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Copilot Solutions Developer will design, develop, and implement AI-powered productivity solutions while working remotely, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and PowerApps applications, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
- Collaborate in prompt engineering and participate in solution testing, validation, and quality assurance
- Optimize solutions based on user feedback and stay current with emerging features and AI tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 1-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio solution design and development
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot and Claude
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and integration points, including Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a regulated environment with strict data controls
