Copilot Studio Agent Engineer

Job Summary

To design and operate declarative agents in Copilot Studio that orchestrate workflows across ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem, the contract-based Copilot Studio Agent Engineer will work remotely, focusing on agent design, integration, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate Copilot Studio agents for various workflows, ensuring compliance with human-in-the-loop patterns and maintaining action transparency
• Configure ServiceNow integrations, including OAuth2 and REST APIs, to facilitate seamless communication between Copilot Studio agents and ServiceNow
• Implement data and environment guardrails, promoting solutions through managed environments while ensuring compliance with enterprise data standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience building Copilot Studio agents or Power Platform solutions in governed enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft platforms with ServiceNow, including OAuth2 configuration and REST API usage
• Proficiency with CI/CD processes for the Power Platform and environment promotion
• Strong understanding of enterprise data classification, DLP, and audit requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot connectors, identity, and runtime orchestration between Copilot Studio and ServiceNow
