Key responsibilities

• Oversee the tone, accuracy, and brand alignment of all copy deliverables
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of copywriters and freelancers
• Develop core messaging platforms for assigned brands and contribute to creative solutions that drive client success

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience in the HCP Promotional Advertising space
• Diverse copy portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and creative thinking
• Proven track record in successfully launching multiple new brands
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
