Copy Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a creative team, the freelance Copy Supervisor will manage multiple projects remotely, generate innovative ideas, and deliver long-form and multimedia content while ensuring alignment with brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Deliver long-form writing and write for video and multimedia content with strong narrative structure
• Initiate and contribute to concept development and engage in tactical planning for audience engagement

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a copywriting role within an agency, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and integration of creative work across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to concept and execute long-form and multimedia content
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Established creative voice with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
