Corporate Accountant with CPA
Job Summary
Supporting a variety of general ledger and financial reporting activities, the remote Corporate Accountant with CPA will prepare journal entries, analyze balance sheet reconciliations, and execute banking transactions while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and analyze balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
- Execute banking transactions, perform daily cash reconciliations, and prepare cash forecasts
- Support ERP system implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement through technology and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting, audit, or corporate accounting experience
- CPA or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate financial data and draw sound conclusions
