Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join the team remotely, this full-time salaried position will manage accounting operations, oversee the monthly close process, and ensure compliance with US GAAP across 25+ operating entities.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage a General Ledger manager, Treasury Manager, and Senior Accountant while fostering team development
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage the financial statement consolidation process
- Oversee treasury and cash management functions and support the annual and interim US audit
Required qualifications
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA highly preferred)
- 7+ years of applicable experience, with at least 2 years in management
- Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
