Corporate Actions Software Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and knowledgeable in Corporate Actions, the remote Staff Software Engineer will design systems for Corporate Actions and Security Master processing, manage security reference data, and validate announcements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design systems for Corporate Actions and securities lifecycle processing across various markets
• Ingest, normalize, enhance, and cross-verify security and event data from multiple authoritative sources
• Build entitlement processing using validated records and manage security setup and changes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex production systems
• Hands-on experience with Corporate Actions or Security Master systems in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of financial data ingestion, normalization, and cross-source validation
• Proficiency in coding and system design, preferably in Go, with experience in distributed services
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and cloud-native systems like GCP and Kubernetes
