To support a growing team, the part-time Corporate AEC Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process, proactively source talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while working remotely for 10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers and drafting job descriptions
- Proactively source and recruit top-tier technical and professional talent in the corporate services sector nationwide
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience recruiting in the AEC industry
- Proven skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and outreach
- A well-established network of AEC professionals
- Strong interviewing skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using software and computer systems
