Corporate Attorney - Renewable Energy

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Corporate Attorney - Renewable Energy will advise clients on complex corporate and transactional matters, lead negotiations, and manage client relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate and transactional matters throughout the business lifecycle
• Lead and support reorganizations, restructurings, and other corporate strategic transactions
• Structure and negotiate equity financings, private equity investments, and other capital-raising transactions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a law firm, ideally serving clients in the renewable energy and related industries
• Demonstrated experience leading complex financing, joint venture, or strategic transactions
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage deal teams
• Dedication to the firm's mission and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
