Job Summary

Leading the corporate communications strategy, the full-time salaried Corporate Communications Director will manage issues and crisis response, prepare executives for high-stakes engagements, and establish stakeholder communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder for issues, collaborating with legal and operational teams to develop strategies and maintain playbooks
• Prepare executives for media interactions and community events, while developing comprehensive executive communication plans
• Manage corporate media relations, ensuring effective storytelling and coordination of corporate milestones across brand teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or public affairs, with a focus on issues management
• Proven track record in managing real-time issues and crises, particularly on social media platforms
• Experience in preparing senior executives for media engagements and high-stakes communications
• Background in financial communications, preferably within public companies or late-stage environments
• Bachelor's degree required
