Job Summary

To lead the company's global corporate communications strategy, the full-time salaried Executive Director, Corporate Communications will serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, manage employee communications, and enhance the corporate brand and reputation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Provide strategic counsel to the C-suite on messaging, issues management, and reputational risks
• Lead the development of internal communications to foster employee engagement and transparency

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of communications experience, particularly in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and manage integrated communications programs
• Experience leading communications through significant organizational changes, such as M&A
• Exceptional executive presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
