Corporate Communications Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a high-performing team, the full-time Corporate Communications Manager will manage external communications strategies for FICO Scores, engaging with media relations, content development, and executive visibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies tailored for B2B and B2C audiences, including lenders and consumers
• Create compelling content such as press releases, articles, and social media posts while maintaining relationships with relevant reporters
• Prepare executives for external engagements and monitor media coverage to identify storytelling opportunities and reputational risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in financial services or technology
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to produce polished content across various formats
• Experience in developing executive communications and visibility programs
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to navigate complex information and shifting priorities
