Corporate Compliance Paralegal
Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the remote Corporate Compliance Paralegal will manage regulatory filings, entity management, and equity administration while liaising between Legal and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, file, and track state and federal regulatory filings under attorney supervision
- Administer equity programs, including maintaining capitalization records and processing equity grants
- Serve as a liaison between Legal and Finance on entity, equity, and contract-related matters
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Hands-on experience with entity management across multiple states
- Experience with equity administration using platforms like Carta or Shareworks
- Familiarity with finance-related legal matters, including audits and tax filings
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
