Job Summary
Leading the Corporate Control team, the full-time Head of Corporate Control will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and prepare accurate financial reports in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of accounting operations and ensure accurate IFRS reporting and intercompany reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and Group consolidations
- Develop and maintain robust financial policies and procedures while driving ERP and automation projects for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multinational environment
- Big 4 audit or advisory experience is mandatory
- Professional certification (SAICA, CPA, ACCA) or progress toward qualification preferred
- Extensive experience with NetSuite, including managing COA and creating custom reports
