Job Summary

To support legal operations in a dynamic environment, the remote General Counsel will manage compliance, provide legal guidance on business initiatives, and oversee risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and support on business initiatives and transactions
• Develop and implement risk management strategies across the organization

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one state
• Significant experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management
• Proven track record in providing legal counsel to senior management
• Experience in the real estate or technology sectors is preferred
