Job Summary
To support legal operations, the part-time Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance, draft contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in corporate law, including contract negotiation and compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting businesses
