Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Corporate Counsel, the experienced attorney will manage the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, advise on product development, and contribute to data privacy strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise SaaS, strategic partnership, and vendor contracts
- Advise Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle on regulatory and contractual matters
- Oversee corporate compliance programs and establish internal policies to support regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
- Familiarity with legal risks and business issues in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of work autonomously and make quick, risk-adjusted decisions
