Job Summary
To support the business's growth, the full-time Corporate Counsel will manage commercial contracts, collaborate with Business Development and Growth teams on agreements, and develop templates and playbooks to streamline negotiations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update standard customer and vendor agreements
- Provide initial comments on incoming contracts and advise the business on key terms
- Collaborate with teams to implement new product and business ideas while maintaining compliance
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in commercial contracts, either in-house or at a law firm
- Strong drafting skills with an ability to assess risk effectively
- Experience with technology, SaaS, data, or services agreements
- Practical, business-minded approach to legal advice and negotiations
- Interest in building processes and a curiosity about AI and related companies
