Job Summary
To broaden their practice through mentorship, the remote Corporate Counsel - Contracts will manage NDAs/MNDAs and a variety of commercial agreements while providing legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including customer and vendor contracts
- Serve as the primary legal contact for NDAs/MNDAs, managing matters from intake to signature
- Provide day-to-day legal support on corporate governance, employment questions, and vendor disputes
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-7 years of relevant legal experience with substantial work on commercial agreements
- Demonstrated experience negotiating substantive private-party terms
- Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements and competing priorities
