Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Corporate Counsel, Employment Law will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal guidance on employment matters, and collaborate with various business stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, and partnership contracts
• Provide practical legal counsel to business teams while balancing business objectives and risk management
• Support the People team on employment-related legal matters and help structure complex commercial relationships

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or leading law firm
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and ability to manage agreements independently
• Experience advising on employment matters is strongly preferred
