Corporate Counsel (JD Required)

Job Summary

To support complex commercial transactions and business initiatives, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel (JD Required) will manage the negotiation and drafting of agreements, provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, and partner with business leaders in a remote capacity within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of complex commercial agreements
• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements affecting telecommunications and infrastructure operations
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions and contract negotiations
• Strong experience in telecommunications, technology, or regulated industries
• Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills with a strategic mindset
