Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage commercial contract reviews, litigation management, and advertising enforcement while collaborating with various teams and building efficient legal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial contract review, including negotiation and practical advice to business teams
• Run litigation management processes, coordinating with outside counsel and Unilever's global litigation team
• Lead advertising enforcement efforts, drafting legal correspondence and supporting brand protection initiatives

Required qualifications

• JD and active bar license in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• Approximately 3-4 years of post-JD experience with a focus on negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with litigation processes, including drafting holds and managing discovery logistics
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial energy through relevant roles or experiences outside traditional legal paths
• Strong understanding of CPG, DTC, supplements, food and beverage, or advertising law is preferred
