Job Summary

Seeking a US Licensed Corporate Counsel, the remote eligible position will manage mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions while providing strategic legal advice and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions through all stages, including due diligence and negotiation
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management regarding M&A strategy and risk management
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and manage outside counsel during the transaction process

Required qualifications

• JD with 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Proven ability to independently manage deal workstreams
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism with a passion for the Airbnb mission
• Licensed to practice law in a US state
