Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively sourcing acquisition and partnership opportunities, the full-time Corporate Development Analyst will build and maintain a pipeline of targets while supporting strategic relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential acquisition and partnership targets through research and outreach
• Manage the deal pipeline, including scheduling initial conversations and maintaining momentum with prospects
• Prepare materials for board and investor meetings, supporting internal due diligence and partnership negotiations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, sales, or business development
• Comfort with cold outreach and the ability to build relationships quickly
• Strong financial and analytical skills to support deal screening and diligence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivation and eagerness to learn about acquisitions and partnerships in a healthcare context
