Corporate Development Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Corporate Development team, the remote Corporate Development Analyst will evaluate and execute acquisition, licensing, and partnering opportunities while preparing analyses and presentations for executive management in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and evaluate potential M&A and business development opportunities to support the deal pipeline
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to aid strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuations, preparing presentations for executives and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or financial analysis
- Preferred experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
