Corporate Development Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development roles
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and project management
- Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
