Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Corporate Development Associate for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing the M&A pipeline, initiating key relationships, and positioning the company as a preferred partner in acquisitions.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and source software companies that align with investment goals to develop the M&A pipeline
• Lead outbound prospecting through strategic outreach, building rapport with business owners and senior leadership
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, establishing credibility and trust

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in M&A preferred
• Proven track record of taking initiative and achieving targets in a business development environment
• Exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels, including C-suite executives
• Strong business acumen to assess opportunities and articulate ideas effectively
• Ability to work independently with a positive and resilient attitude
