Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, leading M&A analysis, developing market frameworks, and managing pricing strategy analytics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary financial partner to the CEO on strategic initiatives, including market expansion and long-range planning
• Lead end-to-end M&A analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence support
• Develop comprehensive market sizing frameworks and own pricing strategy analytics for the SaaS product portfolio

Required qualifications:

• B.A. from an accredited institution; concentration in Finance, Strategy, or Accounting preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Prior experience in a private equity-owned or PE-backed company strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company preferred
• Expert financial modeling skills, including M&A and SaaS metrics analysis
