Corporate Development Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Director specializing in M&A Integration & Operations, who will manage diligence support and integration execution, build operational systems, and maintain visibility across the investment portfolio, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with deal intent and tracking integration KPIs
• Establish operational infrastructure for corporate development, including diligence templates and integration playbooks
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and communicate findings to stakeholders, driving decisions and managing dependencies

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A integrations across various transaction types
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Familiarity with data and AI tools, and experience in software, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors
• Experience coordinating with GTM and sales operations teams on enterprise go-to-market integration
