Corporate Development Executive

Job Summary

Owning the M&A function end-to-end, the full-time Head of Corporate Development will manage acquisition and partnership opportunities, lead financial evaluations and deal executions, and drive post-close integrations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into acquisition criteria and build a target database for potential opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation for prospective transactions, developing defensible investment cases
• Oversee the due diligence process and manage transaction timelines, ensuring thoroughness and rigor

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with full-cycle deal experience
• Advanced financial modeling skills including DCF and comparable transactions
• Proven track record in structuring and closing transactions with direct ownership of diligence workstreams
• Ability to operate as a trusted partner to C-suite executives and boards
• Bachelor's degree required
