Corporate Development Lead

Job Summary

Driving the execution of M&A deals, the full-time Corporate Development Lead will manage financial modeling, coordinate diligence processes, and present investment recommendations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build financial models and valuation analyses to identify revenue and cost synergies for each deal
• Manage the deal execution process, including data room management, diligence coordination, and timeline tracking
• Draft investment memos and present findings to senior management, supporting negotiations with analytical insights

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group at a prominent investment bank, specifically in deal execution
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with direct experience in sourcing, diligence, and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple deal processes simultaneously while maintaining organization
• Interest in transitioning from advisory roles to executing deals in a fast-paced environment
