Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Lead will manage M&A activities, investor relations, and strategic projects, working remotely or from various U.S. locations while collaborating closely with the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Own M&A pipeline tracking and target sourcing, translating product strategy into a prioritized M&A thesis
- Drive preparation of Board materials and support investor relations through updates and fundraising materials
- Run M&A diligence, including financial modeling and post-close integration across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an in-house Corporate Development role at a tech company
- Direct experience with live M&A deals, including diligence, modeling, and execution
- Experience driving post-close integration and accountability for deal performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and create actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and output
