Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships in the mobile app and advertising technology sectors, working closely with the CFO and business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a focused pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with company priorities
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and decision materials for the executive team and Board
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and manage the transaction process from initial analysis to closing

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Direct involvement in at least two completed M&A transactions
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for modeling, research, or diligence
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
