Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time remote Corporate Development Manager will manage M&A projects, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate deal execution and transition planning.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple active M&A projects, managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Support end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation preparation
• Engage with external counterparties to gather market intelligence and facilitate post-close action plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or corporate development
• Experience from a leading public accounting firm, particularly in financial due diligence or deal execution
• Demonstrated capability in financial statement analysis, valuation, and transaction modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready recommendations
