Job Summary
Owning the financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and "acqui-hire" transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will analyze potential deals, build valuation models, and support leadership in negotiations, all within a fully remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate inbound and outbound acquisition opportunities, preparing investment memos for leadership
- Analyze practice financials and build adjusted EBITDA analyses while coordinating with third-party providers
- Develop valuation models and structure deals, including cash at close and retention incentives for providers
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
- Hands-on experience building adjusted EBITDA analyses and valuation models for small businesses
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to evaluate individual provider economics and work with incomplete financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
