Corporate Finance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting financial strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Corporate Finance Associate will build sophisticated financial models, conduct rigorous analyses, and collaborate with various teams to enhance project finance structures and capital raising efforts in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build dynamic financial models for commercial and corporate activities, including project finance and enterprise forecasting
• Own and improve the company's core pricing and project finance models for accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and structure financial models for strategic investment opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, project finance, or structured finance
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills, with fluency in structured finance concepts
• Proven ability to leverage AI for improving financial outputs and productivity
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles and practices is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Confluence or Jira is a plus
