Corporate Finance Director

Job Summary

Owning planning, forecasting, and capital strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Finance will lead corporate FP&A, manage financial content for board materials, and oversee capital fundraising efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate FP&A, including the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range model
• Own the financial content for board materials and investor updates
• Manage the financial work for capital fundraising, including models, data rooms, and investor diligence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, including 3+ years managing corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Hands-on IPO experience or corporate finance experience at a public company
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, and unit economics
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and scenario models
• Clear communication skills with executives, the board, and investors
