Corporate Finance Manager
Job Summary
To enhance financial operations, the full-time Corporate Finance Manager will conduct FP&A activities, perform advanced financial analyses, and collaborate across the organization to improve the company's financial position while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to optimize financial performance
- Perform advanced financial modeling to simulate scenarios and present outcomes to the management team
- Collaborate with the Accounting team for timely financial reporting and maintain relevant KPI dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus 4 years of experience in corporate finance
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis within the insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Strong understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP and financial regulations
- Experience with agency management systems and financial systems
