Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Corporate Finance Manager will manage and improve financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with various departments to provide strategic insights, and deliver financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and data insights teams to drive key financial metrics
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience, particularly in consumer, enterprise, or SaaS industries
• Strong proficiency in Excel and business modeling with analytical skills
• Experience leading complex workstreams and managing yearly planning processes
• Demonstrated ability to build financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and knowledge of corporate finance concepts
• Experience with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics or similar tools
