Corporate FP&A Leader

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise financial planning function, the full-time Head of Corporate FP&A will set the vision for financial strategies, oversee the long-range plan and quarterly forecasting processes, and serve as a senior advisor to the C-suite, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Translate financial strategy into actionable frameworks and reporting structures for executive decision-making
• Lead board-level financial presentations and investor relations support, representing the company's financial health

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within FP&A at a public or high-growth technology company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, and capital allocation
• Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise technology at $1B+ revenue scale, with familiarity in board reporting and investor relations
