Corporate FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Corporate FP&A Manager to join a remote, full-time team, who will manage company-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensure financial data integrity, and lead process automation initiatives while developing a team of FP&A Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning process, coordinating departmental inputs into a cohesive company plan
• Lead monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and developing executive-ready materials
• Drive high-impact projects to streamline and automate expense forecasting and maintain the Long Range Plan

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment, with team management experience
• Proven track record in evolving a three-statement Long Range Plan and managing balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
• Hands-on administration experience with Planful or similar FP&A platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC
• Experience creating executive-ready materials and translating complex analysis into actionable insights
