Corporate FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried Corporate FP&A Manager will lead headcount planning and budgeting, manage expense and cash forecasting, and develop scalable financial processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and reporting by collaborating with stakeholders to develop forecasts and establish reporting packages
• Design and build scalable financial processes, implementing best practices and financial planning software
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions and manage budgeting across the organization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or financial operations at a high-growth startup or tech company, including 2+ years in people management
• Knowledge of financial systems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and expense forecasting
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and build structured processes
• Desire to work in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment
