Corporate FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Managing the company's financial model of record, the full-time hybrid Corporate FP&A Manager will oversee financial forecasts, budgeting processes, and cross-functional partnerships to enhance strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly financial cadences, including close packages and forecast updates
- Lead the maintenance of consolidated financial forecasts and corporate models for decision-making support
- Partner with G&A and R&D teams to drive financial accountability and manage operational expenses and headcount
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in an FP&A role at a high-growth company
- Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build financial models from scratch
- Experience managing headcount and operating expense forecasts
- Familiarity with compensation strategy and planning preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Looker experience is a plus
