Corporate Governance Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the Corporate Governance Program Manager, the full-time Corporate Governance Project Manager will manage project coordination, operational delivery, and compliance tracking for corporate governance, ESG, and related initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with various business units to update internal policies and support the retirement of outdated ones
- Monitor emerging regulations and maintain a regulatory inventory to identify new compliance requirements
- Manage cross-functional projects related to corporate governance and ESG, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in Compliance, Business, or Corporate Governance
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ESG reporting and compliance programs is a plus
