Corporate Law Senior Editor
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Corporate Law Senior Editor, the full-time remote position will create and maintain legal content, support AI-driven legal solutions, and collaborate with legal professionals to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and maintain practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
- Review and edit content from colleagues and external contributors to ensure quality and accuracy
- Utilize legal expertise to support the development of AI-powered legal solutions and internal editorial tools
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house
- Extensive experience in cross-border Corporate law matters, including M&A and company governance
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clear and concise legal communication
- Experience using AI tools in legal work and a collaborative mindset for multi-jurisdictional teamwork
